Lifestyle Family Session | The Grierson Family

It was epic sky for the day. I was so excited for the session to come. When we met, Oliver and Kai ran to me and hugged me warmly, saying, “I miss you! You took pictures for us last time!” Oh, that’s so sweet. The last time I met them was only one month ago during the VW Bus mini session, but mommy and daddy did not show up in the photos. This time when mommy and daddy both were present, I knew this session they would even rock it all together.

Although Texas does not have mountains and seas, but we have tons of lakes. I am so lucky to live not far from Grapevine Lake. There are so many parks around the lake and the parks are so big that I can always find a different spot for shooting to create a varied look for each session. Even for one session, I won’t stand there in one place. I like to move here and there to produce different looks. I don’t recommend outfit changes during the session. I think one set of good-looking clothing is fair enough. Outfit changes will not only waste time but also annoy the kids. I prefer the kids dressing in comfortable pieces and playing freely.
