Winnie-the-Pooh Theme Cake Smash | Southlake, DFW Cake Smash Photographer
Welcome to my photography blog! Today, I want to share with you all about a wonderful cake smash and splash session I had with adorable baby twins, a boy and a girl, with a Winnie the Pooh theme.
The session started with the cake smash, and as expected by mom, the girl was more calm and collected, while the boy was a bit more fussy. But with a little patience and some gentle coaxing, we were able to capture some beautiful shots of both twins smashing their cakes and enjoying the sweet treats.
The twins were dressed in matching outfits in coordinating colors to suit for the theme, and their personalities really shone through in the photos. As we moved on to the splash portion of the session, the twins were delighted to see the bubble bath waiting for them. The girl was content to play and splash around in the water, while the boy was still a bit fussy.
Mom says this picture perfectly tells the different personality of the two little ones.
The twins are so cute and suddenly I recalled that I just bought two matching pieces of outfit that also match the color of this theme in a different way so I asked the mom if they would like try and the answer was of course a “yes”!
I am so glad that I did. The outfits look perfect on them. Most importantly, I captured some even cuter facial expressions of the two. Overall, this session was a huge success, and I had such a blast working with these two little ones. It's always a privilege to capture these precious moments in a family's life, and I am honored to have been a part of this one.
